1. Are your pieces made from real silver?
Yes. Every ELAIA piece is made from 925 sterling silver, a globally recognized standard for high-quality jewelry.
2. Are your stones natural?
Yes. We use natural stones such as moonstone, opal, malachite, and pearl.
Because each stone is natural, every piece is slightly unique. Color, pattern, and light reflection may vary from piece to piece. This is part of what makes natural stones beautiful and valuable.
3. How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably inside the protective pouch provided with your order.
Sterling silver may naturally darken over time. This is normal and can usually be cleaned easily with a silver polishing cloth or by a professional jeweler.
4. Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes. ELAIA pieces are designed for everyday wear.
Sterling silver is durable, and our stones are securely set. However, natural stones and fine jewelry should still be handled with care to preserve their beauty over time.
5. When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3 business days.
For orders within Turkey, estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider, and customs procedures.
6. Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the destination country.
If international shipping is available for your location, shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
7. How long will my jewelry last?
With proper care, your ELAIA jewelry can last for many years.
Sterling silver and natural stones do not expire. Each piece is designed to be worn, loved, and kept over time.
8. Can earrings be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
