At ELAIA Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all included packaging and accessories
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned for Hygiene Reasons
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
In this case, we will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, the returned item will be inspected after it reaches us.
If the return meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional shipping-related costs.
