All orders are carefully prepared and packed by ELAIA Jewelry.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 business days after the order is placed.

For orders within Turkey, estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping may be available depending on the destination country. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the shipping provider, customs procedures, and the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Each order is packaged with care and includes a protective jewelry pouch to help keep your ELAIA piece safe and beautifully presented.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise at checkout.
